Fun fact about Richmond Raceway: This track has had many names over the years, but in the modern era nicknames like "The Action Track" and "America's Premiere Short Track" have popped up. Drivers would say that it is not a typical short track because of the many grooves on the track and the banking on the track too.

Fun fact about Virginia: The record of the first Thanksgiving actually took place in this state in 1619, but the first Pilgrim Thanksgiving took place in 1620 in the state of Massachusetts.

Next Race: Michigan International Speedway on Sunday afternoon (8-18-2024).
