Fun fact about Ryan Blaney: During the 2021 season when the series was in Daytona, Ryan made sure to visit "Galaxy's Edge" which is an exhibit themed around the hit Disney movie series Star Wars which Blaney is a huge fan of. When reporters spotted him at the store, he was asked what his favorite movie of the series was and he replied, "The Empire Strikes Back." 

Fun fact about Talladega Superspeedway: When the track first opened in 1969 it was called Alabama Motor Speedway, but in 1989 the name changed to Talladega Superspeedway. The old name was a way to honor the city the track was located in, but the current name gives naming rights to those who have sponsored the races that the track holds. 

Fun fact about Alabama: The first electric Trolley System was introduced in the city of Montgomery in the year 1886.
