FYI: The two duel races determine the starting lineup for the Great American Race or known as the Daytona 500. Duel #1 was uneventful and did not have any cautions so there is nothing to report on except Alex Bowman dropped to the back of the field at the beginning of the race in order to keep his spot on the pole for the big race on Sunday and to not destroy his car either.
